Our next sale is here!
It is one that you may want to not miss and be sure to mark your calendar! We begin this sale on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 12 noon. We will remain open on Wednesday until 6pm. We then revert back to our normal hours which will be 8:30-3pm on Thursday, 8:30-2pm on Friday, and 8:30-11am on Saturday. Discounted sales will be 25% off on Thursday until noon and then 50% off Thursday afternoon and on Friday with a blowout final day of selling on Saturday. This sale is going to be held at 705 Lincoln Avenue in Williamsport. It is an estate sale which will be held on all three floors of the home, a single one-car garage attached, and a shed outback. We also will have a 20’x30’ tent filled with items too! There is so much to see at this sale you may want to definitely plan on staying a while to see everything. This will be the first of, at least, two sales being held here. The family will be bringing the contents a lake house in eastern Pennsylvania back to this home to sell two weeks after this sale. This sale has so many items, we are holding off on a majority of Christmas Items until the 2nd sale.
In furniture we have a number of Curio Cabinets throughout the home and most of them are loaded with Dolls which were purchased from Adeline’s. We have all the dolls priced very reasonably and they also include dolls from the “Gone with the Wind Collection”. We also have several hutches from a beautiful Cherry Hutch with matching table in the dining room and other hutches located in other areas of the home which are lighter maple stained hutches. There are a number of shelves and shadow boxes throughout the home too. In the tent, we have several chairs including parlor style chairs, cane chairs, rockers of all varieties including some children’s rocking chairs and a child’s oak roll top desk. We also have some beautiful stands including a gorgeous table with rope style legs and ball and claw feet. Upstairs, we do have a more modern queen bed with headboard, footboard, and side rails only along with another bed which is full size and darker cherry stained Pineapple finial with the same features. Neither bed comes with a mattress or boxspring. We also have two modern chests for clothing in the same room as the bed frames. In the other room upstairs, we do have a beautiful older Dresser with mirror and a secretarial desk with an under-chest for clothing too.
Our glassware selection is incredible featuring a wonderful collection of Polish Pottery, Green Depression Uranium glass, art glass, A nice collection of Fiesta Plates, bowls, and more! Fine China by Noritake and others. We also have a large selection of Pyrex and Corning ware too! Then there is a large selection of everyday coffee mugs, Drinking Glasses, Swanky Swigs, and even a few hard-to-find Mister Donut Coffee Mugs.
In clocks, there are two anniversary style clocks, several Seth Thomas Shelf or smaller mantle clocks, a Bulova WM Chime clock, quartz clocks, and a kit-built maple grandmother’s clock. We have so other whimsical clocks for you to check out too including a holiday clock that plays a different Christmas Melody each hour.
This sale has a lot of works of art from local artists and other well-known artists such as David Armstrong, David Seybold, Ken Hunter, and more. We also have a really well-done carving of a train made out of anthracite coal. For David Armstorng, we will be offering up two prints that are framed (Vespers and Early American). We have plenty of photos of a number of pieces of art, but there are a number of pieces we did not photograph individually.
In home décor, besides the art mentioned above, we have a number of beautiful hand-made wreaths which will take your breath away! We also have a number of handblown ornaments used as sun catchers and a stunning large stained-glass window featuring Yellow Finches in the design. While we are holding off on a majority of our Christmas items until the 2nd sale, we still are offering a few pieces of holiday décor items throughout the home. We do have a very large selection of fall décor items for you to chose from in several areas of the home. s
In housewares, there is a huge volume of Pot’s and Pans, kitchen utensils, everyday dishes, baking dishes, muffin tins, and much more. There are also some very nice knife sets being sold too! As far as appliances, many of our appliances are like new and many are still in the original boxes.
In linen’s, we practically have the upstairs filled with linens from towels, to sheets, to comforters and quilts, table linens, table cloths, table runners, and much more for you to select through.
In collectibles, there are a number of collectibles in many of the categories we mentioned above, but we also have a child’s model 20 Singer Sewing Machine, a nice Keystone 8mm Projector, a Sawyer Viewmaster with a reel, older brownie cameras, books, and much more. Just wait until you see the number of Longaberger baskets and other Longaberger products we have here! We also have a number of local publications for sale too!
We also have a number of books. The books are definitely older, but include a lot of cookbooks, a number of girls books such as Ann of Green Gables, Cherry Ames Nurse Series books, and a number of vintage Key Tracey Mystery Books from Fraces K. Judd, and Nancy Drew Mysteries too! Then there is a varied selection of Christian reading and bibles along with commentaries and more!
In the tent outback we have a lot our furniture items that would not fit in the home for our sale. There is ladies clothing mostly size large and up, kids clothing and many of these items are new-with-tags. We also have a large selection of doll clothing too. The one item that will get a lot of attention is a huge selection of costume jewelry for sale that will be taking up the table space which is still open in the tent. We are talking several tables which will be full of costume jewelry. We will also be selling some Sterling Silver pieces and flatware too! We also have a large number of handbags, purses and wallets.
Out in the shed, we have a number of gardening tools, shovels, rakes, and hand tools too. There is also a nice manual lawnmower for sale too! We also have a 24’ Werner aluminum ladder, an old rail sled, and a piece of a white picket fence for sale out by the shed.
Since it is canning season, we have a number of canning jars which are all priced at great prices. We also have the older Snap Lid type and older blue colored Ball Jars too.
We did want to let you know that we did post a video on estatesales.net which is viewable there if you use a desktop to vistit the site. We also posted the video on our Facebook business page allowing you to see many of the items mentioned above as well as other’s we are not mentioning. We also took over 280 photos of the items for sale here and we tried to hit the highlights here and hope we did not leave anything out! We suggest that you arrive by 11am on Wednesday to get in line for this sale as we expect it to be well attended! We may limit the access to the home initially because of space concerns. However, you can still shop the garage, tent and shed out back. Be sure to get a paid sticker if you are paying for items other than at our front checkout!

Our phone has been ringing off the hook and we anticipating preparation of several more sales in the the months of September and October. We have pretty much booked ourselves full through the middle of October. We are going to take a quick vacation and then will be back to begin having sales in November when we get them!
